This year's Assassin's Creed actually looks really good. Set in Ancient Egypt it'll have things you'd expect from such a setting like camel riding, pyramid exploration, oasis swimming, and weather so hot you'd wish you were sliding through a Crocodile Mile.

It's a shame Ubisoft has delivered a self-inflicted wound by stabbing itself with moronic DLC and marketing practices, and because of that thousands of gamers have decided to spend their money elsewhere.

But still, if you're someone who loves the Assassin's Creed franchise or just feel like exploring the vast arid wasteland of Egypt, you may just want to check out its launch trailer.

In the trailer you're introduced to the protagonist and some of the game's epic scenes, which includes a gladiator colosseum-style battle along with freeing of slave labor employed by the elite to build pyramids and other monuments.
